These call data records (CDR) are filtered to produce easy to read and understandable summary reports which are viewable online. Each new customer gets a free ‘health check’ to see if there are savings to be made, by identifying whether any equipment is not being used and could be terminated, or by getting a better contract deal with their vendor.
